AppEvolve is an AWS Advanced Tier provider located in Boise, ID. AppEvolve specialized in working with companies on AWS migrations and implementations. AppEvolve was looking to improve their lead flow in SalesForce as well as streamline their eSignature process.
1. Integrate Slack with their Salesforce implementation. The Slack integration will be used to improve their lead client handling by sending notifications in Slack.
2. Integrate Slack with DocuSign to handle conversion of leads to clients.
Cetrix created an interface that did the following for AppEvolve:
1. Their Slack implementation will notify users of updates for leads that are entered into SalesForce. The implementation is bi-directional and allows updates to be made in SalesForce through Slack as well as
2. Initiate a DocuSign document for a lead converting to a client through Slack.
The Integrations into Slack have enhanced their handling of leads and conversion of those leads into clients by:
1. Providing timely alerts on leads and actions to take to convert leads to clients.
2. Enabling and streamlining the eSignature process, minimizing the delays in generating the contracts and signatures.
