Fortress Tax Defense is a service that represents tax payers with appealing their property tax assessment in the state of Texas. Fortress works with their clients to initiate tax appeals with regards to their property valuations.
Fortress Tax Defense uses HubSpot to manage their leads and their clients. HubSpot is also used to manage lead and customer facing web pages.
1. Improve the HubSpot instance for customer leads.
a. Inclusion of location data for the client.
b. Dynamically generate lead facing pages with their data.
c. Dynamic render mapping to show the location of the property entered.
d. The lead can enter multiple properties for Fortress Tax Defence.

The client was pleased with the results. The original request was to create individual websites for each client. We advised that this was not a scalable solution and that a better option was to dynamically generate the client page/lead page based on the data within the HubSpot system. We also implemented a custom data mapping of the client data to the HubSpot custom objects to generate the client/lead pages that are internal and customer facing. The project was delivered in a timely manner for Fortress Tax Defence.
