A Few Notes & Terms
Cetrix's flexible terms enable our customers to feel free to choose options and personalize the services we provide.
Key Project Personnel
Before we start a new implementation, we assign a certified consultant to manage the project. We ask all our clients to provide a single point of contact to coordinate with Cetrix’s project manager.
Delivery Method
We deliver all our services via web conferencing to expedite the implementation process and eliminate unnecessary expenses. This includes user and admin training.
Software Licenses
The Client is responsible for acquiring all software licenses. A license for every software shall be provided to Cetrix to be used throughout the implementation process.
Client Content
Except for contents that is created by Cetrix as mentioned above, all other contents must be provided by the Client. Cetrix can create more contents as an additional service.
Features and Editions
The features that we configure are subject to the availability in the specific edition of HubSpot that the client is licensed. We use hubspot.com best practices in configuring HubSpot features.
Integration with Other Applications
Cetrix provides integration services for Salesforce products, HubSpot, and analytics applications from our partners. We conduct a discovery consultation session at no cost upon request for such services.
