Services Covered
This policy applies to all services offered by CETDIGIT, including:
- HubSpot consulting, implementation, and development
- Salesforce consulting, implementation, and development
- Integrations and custom solutions for both HubSpot and Salesforce
Cancellation
You may cancel your service agreement with CETDIGIT at any time by providing written notice via email.
Refunds
The following terms govern refunds for services rendered:
Project Initiation Fees: Non-refundable. These fees cover initial project planning, scoping, and proposal development.
Pre-Paid Services:
- For services not yet rendered, a prorated refund will be issued based on the unused portion.
- Onboarding services initiated are non-refundable.
- Services already completed are non-refundable.
Hourly Services: No refunds will be issued for completed work. However, we offer time tracking transparency and project updates to ensure your satisfaction.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as technical limitations or unforeseen project changes beyond our control, we may offer a partial refund at our sole discretion.
Unused Services
Any unused services included in a pre-paid package will be credited towards future services within a period of 180 days.
